Sharon Osbourne has called out her The Talk co-host Sherl Underwood's claim that she never apologised for their on-air row.  The pair came to blows on the US chat show last month as they discussed Piers Morgan's response to Meghan Markle's Oprah Winfrey interview.  Days later Sharon, 68, quit the show after ten years when she was accused of racism for defending her pal Piers.  Her co-star Sheryl addressed the fallout for the first time in a three-part podcast series, entitled 'Sharon Walks Away', where she alleges that Sharon never apologised for their tense exchange.  Sharon has now fired back by releasing screenshots of messages she sent to Underwood that she claims prove that she did in fact say sorry.   '"I not only sent these messages to Sheryl but I apologised to her in person in her dressing room," Sharon told DailyMail.com.  "Why are you saying I never apologised Sheryl? What are you trying to do to me?  "Why are you trying to destroy my reputation? Just be honest. Tell me."  As she revealed the contents from the message sent on March 12, Sharon began by saying: "My heart is heavy and I'm deeply saddened by the events that transpired on Wednesday.  "I don't want to lose my true friend over this.  "I'm sorry for telling you to f*** off during the break, I'm sorry for accusing you of fake crying while we were live on air and I'm sorry for losing my temper with you."  Sharon continued by attempting to explain her behaviour.  "I felt shocked, scared and saddened by what felt like was a blind sided attack," she said.  "You know me.. Is there anything that you need from me or that I can do help you heal? Love and respect always - Sharon," she signed off.  Sharon then messaged her co-star again three days later on March 15 saying she was thinking of Sheryl and wanted to reach out.  The TV personality sent a third text on March 18 saying: "Sheryl I am thinking about you. Hope you are well. Sending my love."  On her podcast, Sheryl said she and Sharon and not spoken since their dramatic on air fallout on March 10.  Asked if Sharon had got in touch to apologise, Sheryl said 'no' and presented her phone history to support her claim.   The two women came to blows on The Talk last month, when Sharon gave a defence of her friend Piers Morgan who quit Good Morning Britain after saying he didn't believe some of the claims made against the Royal Family by Meghan Markle in her interview with Oprah Winfrey.  Sheryl accused Sharon of downplaying Morgan's accusations.  "Educate me, tell me when you have heard him say racist things," Sharon asked Sheryl.  "I very much feel like I'm about t
